A website prepared for Google Ads traffic
Preparing the Drewnotex website for Google Ads campaigns: audit, new copy for the main sections, clearer contact paths and implementation oversight.
An audit of the existing website, new copy for the main sections and clearer contact paths ahead of Google Ads campaigns, including oversight of the implementation.
Changes for Google Ads
We analysed the existing Drewnotex website to prepare it for Google Ads campaigns. We developed recommendations concerning how the website works, its communication and the route to contact, as well as new copy for the main sections. The scope also included overseeing the implementation of the changes.
The work covered the homepage, the presentation of the company and its services, the wholesale offer, cooperation with contractors and contact information.
Different reasons for entering the website
The website combined material sales, services and a cooperation offer for companies. People arriving from ads could be looking for different solutions: purchasing timber, having a structure built or finding a regular supplier. Each of these needs required a clear presentation of the offer and an appropriate route to an enquiry.
Navigation was hindered by broken transitions, inconsistent clickable areas and an unclear hierarchy of contact information. The goal was to organise the website so that an interested visitor understood what the company could offer and where and when to get in touch about their specific need.
The offer and reasons to choose earlier in the journey
We proposed a clearer description of the company’s activity and presenting reasons to choose Drewnotex from the beginning of the visit. We recommended showing customer reviews and the company’s experience earlier so that visitors could assess the supplier before moving on to the details of the offer.
We adapted the copy of the main sections to different reasons for making contact. In the wholesale offer, we highlighted material availability and the terms of ongoing cooperation, while the contractor communication focused on support in delivering projects. This allowed individual pages to address specific audience needs.
The right contact in the right place
We separately organised the contact recommendations: identifying the main phone number, service hours and the role of individual branches. We combined these with improvements to buttons and transitions between pages so that each call to action led to the right destination.
Documentation as the reference point
We oversaw the implementation of the changes, using the documentation and prepared copy as the reference point.

Documentation, copy and implementation oversight
The client received guidelines and copy preparing the website to handle traffic from ads. The recommendations combined a clearer presentation of the company’s activity, arguments for different audiences and a simpler route to contact or quotation.
The cooperation also included oversight of the implementation of the recommendations, providing support while moving from documentation to changes on the website.
