The name was meant to lead to the company
Orzechowski Group marketing strategy connecting Jacek Orzechowski’s personal brand, company positioning, content and a client acquisition plan.
A strategy connecting Jacek Orzechowski’s personal brand, Orzechowski Group’s positioning, a content system and a plan for moving audiences from first contact to a service enquiry.
A strategy for the brand, communication and client acquisition
We developed a marketing strategy for Orzechowski Group, connecting the growth of Jacek Orzechowski’s personal brand with the company’s positioning and a client acquisition plan.
The starting point was his professional experience and the goal of building recognition that would support trust in the entire team. The scope covered analysis of competitors and audiences, communication direction, a visual identity concept, and the roles of content, the website and advertising in reaching clients.
Distinctive without losing credibility
The key challenge was to reconcile a distinctive media presence with the credibility required when serving companies. Stories from a detective’s work can attract a broad audience, but interest in the subject does not yet mean readiness to entrust a company with matters concerning business security.
With a broad service offer, we had to decide what clients should primarily know Orzechowski Group for. The brand needed its own character and a clear specialisation while leaving room to handle different client problems.
Neither detective pastiche nor generic professionalism
Competitor analysis helped us determine how to differentiate Orzechowski Group while maintaining the brand’s credibility. We deliberately created positioning that avoids both detective pastiche and generic declarations of professionalism. We based it on Jacek Orzechowski’s experience, a specialisation in corporate intelligence and communication that combines distinctiveness with seriousness.
Recognition of the leader as an entry point to the team
We proposed retaining the Orzechowski Group name and linking it with Jacek Orzechowski’s media presence. This way, recognition of the surname was intended to lead to the company, while the leader’s experience would provide a reason to trust the team.
Each format had a different job
We assigned specific roles to individual content formats. Guest appearances and short-form materials were intended to reach new audiences, while longer conversations would allow people to understand Jacek’s way of thinking and experience. We also planned to reuse excerpts from longer recordings in short formats so that one production could generate materials for several channels.
From content to finding the right service
We connected this plan with the rest of the client journey. The website was intended to explain the scope of support, present reasons to work with the company and lead to contact about a specific matter. In our Google Ads and SEO recommendations, we included searches for the surname and company name so that someone interested after seeing a piece of content could easily find Orzechowski Group. A separate role was assigned to reaching people searching for a solution to a specific problem.

One document for the brand, content and client acquisition
The result was a strategy in which decisions about image, content and client acquisition follow one direction: building a recognisable detective brand with a clear business specialisation.
The document contains topics, formats and publishing frequency as well as indicators for evaluating individual stages of contact with the brand. It gives the team a basis for preparing communication and commissioning content production, with a defined role for each activity on the way to a service enquiry.
