One person. Four different client decisions.

Sicilian Home website case study: one personal brand, four different client needs and different paths to contact or booking.

A website for a personal brand operating between Poland and Sicily. Four different needs — property purchase, renovation, rental and consultation — were organized within one website without forcing them into one user path.

We did not split this into four separate websites

We created the Sicilian Home website, combining Paulina Olszewska’s personal brand with an offer covering real estate, renovations, rentals and consultations. The site presents her experience and the scope of support for people interested in buying a home, investing or staying in Sicily and Poland.

First, the client has to choose the person

When choosing someone to help with buying property abroad, both market knowledge and trust in the person who will support the client locally matter. The website needed to combine the appeal of life in Sicily with a concrete explanation of Paulina’s role.

At the same time, the different areas of her work needed one clear presentation. Real estate, renovations and rentals had to show the breadth of support so that visitors could find the service matching their situation.

One entry point. Four needs. Different next steps.

Shared entry point
Visitors first get to know Paulina and the scope of her experience. Only then do they choose the area that matches their situation.

Property
Someone looking for a home or investment needs to understand how Paulina supports the property search and when it makes sense to start a conversation.

Renovations
After a property is found, the website presents another possible scope of support: organizing and coordinating renovation work.

Rentals
For a stay, visitors move to a specific apartment, its photos and description, and then directly to a booking on Airbnb or Booking.

Consultations
People without a defined project get a separate entry point: they can start with a question and only then define the right scope of support together.

The right next step
The website does not end every path with the same CTA. Property, renovation and consultation paths lead to a conversation with Paulina, while rentals lead to booking.

The website starts with Paulina, not a catalogue

We placed Paulina at the center of the website: her name, image and personal story of moving to Sicily. We connected this with the professional experience she had gained in Poland in construction and real estate. This combination explains why she can be a partner for people considering a similar move themselves.

One story is not enough for four services

Alongside the offer, the website includes **completed projects** and a **client references** section. The published testimonials cover different situations, including a home sale, renovations and rental, so the breadth of the offer does not rely on one generic claim of experience alone. With a personal brand, each area of work needs its own credibility context.

From Sicily to a specific need

Island photography and a large visual opening screen give the website a strong sense of place. Alongside this layer are specific areas of support: finding property, renovation, rentals and consultations. Visitors move from an interest in Sicily to understanding how cooperation works.

The client does not need to know the service name

We structured the offer around Paulina’s responsibility at successive stages of the project. The description covers property search, coordination of works and rental management. This helps clients understand what they can approach her with and how broad the support they may need can be. An invitation to ask a free question then leads to contact.

A booking is not a sales enquiry

We adapted the next steps to the type of service. For rentals, individual apartments received photos, descriptions and buttons leading to Airbnb and Booking. A conversation about buying or renovating starts with contacting Paulina. The website therefore combines brand presentation with different ways of starting cooperation.

One domain, several different paths

The result is a website that brings Paulina’s work together under the Sicilian Home brand. Her personal story, professional experience and offer form a coherent presentation of someone working between Poland and Sicily.

A potential client can get to know the person they may work with, find the right scope of support and move on to an enquiry or a stay reservation. The website provides one entry point to the different areas of her work.

One brand, several different sales paths?

We design websites that organize complex offers around user decisions and route each one to the right next step — contact, enquiry, purchase or booking.
