B2B without closing the door on private clients
SpySearch: a website supporting the move toward B2B and corporate clients, with the audit process, working methods, FAQ and a clear offer for private customers as well.
A SpySearch website designed to support the brand’s move toward B2B and corporate clients without closing the offer to individuals: audit process, working methods, FAQ, knowledge base and contact paths.
A professional image for business and corporate clients
We prepared the SpySearch website for a company specializing in detecting listening devices, hidden cameras and GPS trackers, as well as confidentiality protection. The brand direction was clear: build credibility among business and corporate clients.
At the same time, the website could not look like an offer available only to large organizations. Someone wanting to check a private home or car also needed to recognize their problem quickly, understand the service and know how to get in touch.
Professional without creating a corporate barrier
In confidentiality-related services, a list of devices and methods alone says little about whether a sensitive matter can be entrusted to a provider. For a business client, confidentiality, organization of the assignment and the ability to conduct an audit without disrupting office work also matter.
On the other hand, overly formal communication could make an individual customer feel that their case is too small or outside the offer. We therefore placed business use cases alongside clear examples involving homes, cars and personal privacy.
What happens after a case is submitted
Discovery and confidentiality
The first step is to define the need and cooperation terms, including a confidentiality agreement.
On-site audit
The inspection is carried out in the agreed space and according to the scope of the specific case.
Report and next steps
After the audit, the client receives a report with recommendations and information on further actions if a threat is found.
Method instead of simply claiming professionalism
We built credibility by showing how the work is performed. Specialist methods such as signal analysis, hidden-electronics detection and technical inspection are explained through the actions performed and their purpose. Users do not need industry vocabulary to understand what the inspection involves.
The same mechanism works for both audiences: companies see applications involving offices and confidential meetings, while private clients see homes, cars and personal privacy. The professional character comes from the process and competence rather than from making the language inaccessible.
Answer concerns first, then ask for contact
The FAQ addresses practical questions about preparing the location, audit duration, scope and impact on day-to-day work. This matters for a service most customers do not commission regularly and whose process is unfamiliar before the first conversation.
Only alongside those explanations do the simple contact paths appear: phone, service-page buttons, a message form and a short callback request. The searchable, categorized knowledge base provides another entry point — from a question or concern to learning about the company and speaking with a specialist.
One website for two different assignment contexts
The result is a website that supports SpySearch’s positioning as a professional partner for companies and corporations while remaining accessible to private customers.
The brand gained a foundation for developing B2B communication without closing off a clear B2C offer. Both groups can find their own service context, understand how cooperation works and initiate contact within the same website.
A service website should explain why the provider can be trusted
We design websites that organize the offer, show how the work is done and guide users from recognizing a problem to the right contact path.
