A good website does not start with a mockup
Orzechowscy Group website based on the brand strategy: offer hierarchy, Jacek Orzechowski’s personal brand, service pages and a clear path to contact.
A website for a detective agency where the business priority, the founder’s personal brand and a broad service offer were structured so visitors could assess the team and move toward a conversation about their case.
Strategy first. Screens second.
We designed and built the Orzechowscy Group website based on the marketing strategy we had developed earlier. We translated the brand positioning into how the company is presented, how the offer is structured and how users are guided toward contact.
The website was intended to support the development of Jacek Orzechowski’s personal brand while showing the value of the team behind his name. We combined the presentation of specialist areas with an explanation of how the team works and content helping visitors understand when detective services may be useful.
One brand, two completely different reasons to get in touch
The key challenge was translating a distinctive positioning into a website that gives a business audience enough information to assess the company. Someone seeking help needs to understand whether they have found the right team, how the cooperation will proceed and what they can expect.
At the same time, the broad offer required a clear hierarchy. We needed to emphasise the business specialisation while keeping services for private individuals accessible and preserving a coherent character across the website.
Not everything belongs in the foreground
We structured the website around the priorities defined in the strategy. Business intelligence and corporate security were brought to the foreground. Family and personal matters received a separate part of the offer. This way, visitors can identify the brand’s primary direction from the outset, while other client groups can still find help that matches their situation.
The name attracts. The team has to convince.
We connected the presentation of Jacek Orzechowski with the team’s expertise and way of working. His recognition was intended to support the choice of the company, so the personal message is accompanied by information about methodology, discretion and responsibility. The visual layer combines the character of the detective industry with the seriousness appropriate for business relationships.
The phone call should not be the first step
We built service pages around the questions a potential client may have: in what situation to seek help, how the cooperation works and what the commissioning client receives. This structure allows a person who lands directly on a service page and did not previously know the company to assess whether the service is relevant.
The knowledge base and case descriptions expand the context of the offer, while frequently asked questions explain issues that matter before the first conversation. Contact is available both alongside service descriptions and through a short callback form. The user can move to a conversation once they feel they have enough information.
Your website should come from somewhere too

Image alone is not enough
The result is a website where the strategy is visible in the offer hierarchy, brand presentation and the way users are guided through the experience. The company has a place to present its expertise and develop content connected with client needs.
The website lets visitors move from recognising their own problem, through understanding the scope of available help, to contacting the team. In this way, it combines an image-building role with preparing the client for a conversation about cooperation.
