Cookies and device storage

Cookies are small pieces of information stored in the browser by a website or its suppliers. Local storage, session storage, pixel identifiers and other mechanisms that access information on a device may serve a similar purpose.

These technologies may be necessary for website functions or used for analytics and advertising. Non-essential technologies should run only after the appropriate consent has been obtained.

Current website configuration

On the first visit the website shows a privacy panel and stores the choice in an essential first-party cookie. The current Rebrandy website:

does not install its own analytics or marketing cookies;

does not include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Clarity or Hotjar;

does not record sessions or create advertising profiles;

passes “denied” as the default consent state for analytics and marketing.

Browsing the website is not treated as consent. Selecting an optional category stores the preference but currently does not activate any analytics or advertising provider.

Categories and consent rules

The privacy centre distinguishes three categories:

essential — always active to remember the decision and maintain basic website security;

analytics — optional and disabled by default; there is currently no active provider;

marketing — optional and disabled by default; there is currently no active provider.

“Accept all” and “Essential only” record the decision in one click. Settings also let you decide separately for each optional category.

Technical storage, cache and logs

The browser may store standard cache files required to display the website, including stylesheets, JavaScript, images and video. Cache shortens later loading and is not used by Rebrandy to identify a user.

The server may store technical logs including IP address, request time, page address and browser information. These are not cookies and are used for maintenance, diagnosis and security.

The form uses a server-side hash of the IP address to limit repeated submission for 30 seconds. It does not store a browser cookie.

External resources

The website currently downloads fonts from Google Fonts. Rebrandy does not set a cookie in that process, but the browser connects to Google servers, which receive the IP address and basic request parameters. This processing is also described in the Privacy policy.

Work materials may include public images or video approved for publication. Before embedding future material from an external platform, we will assess whether it requires consent for storage or tracking.

How to change or withdraw consent

After a decision is saved, a round cookie icon remains in the bottom-left corner. It opens the same panel, where you can change the choice, disable optional categories or accept them again.

Browser settings also let you view, delete or block cookies. Deleting the preference cookie will show the panel again on the next visit. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of actions taken before it.

New tools and policy changes

If analytics, remarketing or another non-essential technology is enabled, we will first add its provider, purpose, category and duration to this policy. If the change affects consent, we will increase the preference version and show the panel again before activating the new tool.
