01

Operator and scope

The website operator is Rebrandy, ul. Jesionowa 28, 71-016 Szczecin, Poland, Polish tax identification number 8522727828, email biuro@rebrandy.pl.

These terms define use of the current Rebrandy website, the types and scope of services supplied electronically, technical requirements, formation and termination of agreements for those services, and complaints.

The website is not currently an online shop. Sending an enquiry does not create a paid agency, software or marketing agreement. Such work requires separate agreement of scope and commercial terms.

02

Free electronic services

The website provides the following free of charge:

  • browsing offer pages, insight content and information about our approach;
  • browsing published and approved case studies;
  • using four automated tools, each of which runs a separate preliminary diagnostic of a publicly available website and makes the generated result available;
  • a contact form for describing a business situation and requesting a response.

Diagnostics are performed automatically using the public URL and the data available to the tool at the time of the test. They are free services and do not begin a paid engagement. Each tool provides a preliminary result: it is not a full audit, certification, legal opinion or guarantee of a business or technical outcome.

03

Technical requirements and risks

Use requires an Internet-connected device, a current browser supporting HTML, CSS and JavaScript and, for the contact form, an active email address; a diagnostic tool also requires an email address and a publicly available URL. The connection should support HTTPS encryption.

Internet use involves ordinary risks including malware, phishing, device or email-account takeover and network interruption. Keep the operating system and browser up to date and do not send passwords, access keys or specially protected data through a form. Do not submit passwords, tokens, private URLs or other access credentials for a diagnostic.

04

Rules for using the website

The user must:

  • use the website lawfully and in accordance with accepted standards;
  • provide true form data relating to their own enquiry;
  • submit only the URL of a publicly available website they are authorised to test, and not request analysis of another party’s private or protected resources without appropriate authorisation;
  • not provide unlawful content or content infringing another person’s rights or confidentiality;
  • not send spam, malicious code or requests intended to disrupt the website;
  • not bypass protections or submission limits, or scrape the website in a way that excessively loads the infrastructure.

The tools are subject to frequency and request-volume limits set with regard to service stability, test costs and abuse prevention. Rebrandy may delay, reject or temporarily block excessive, repeated, automated or non-compliant requests where needed to protect the website, suppliers or other users.

05

Formation and termination of the service

An agreement to browse content is formed when the relevant page opens and ends when the user leaves it. The user may stop using the website at any time.

The selected diagnostic service starts at the user’s request when the submit button is selected and the website receives the request. It ends when the generated result is made available in the interface or in another way stated by the tool. Before submission, the user may withdraw by leaving the form. An invalid URL, an exceeded limit or a security requirement may prevent acceptance of the request; the website will then display an appropriate message.

The contact-form service starts when the send button is selected and ends when the message is technically delivered. Later correspondence and any engagement are based on separate arrangements. Rebrandy may end a free service if the user breaches these terms or security requires it.

06

Content, work and copyright

The website layout, text, graphics, video, marks and other materials are protected by copyright or other rights. You may use them privately and share links to public pages. Copying, publishing or commercially using substantial parts requires prior permission unless the law clearly provides otherwise.

Client names, logos, quotations and results appear in the work catalogue only within the scope approved for publication. Rights to client marks remain with their owners.

07

Nature of information and availability

Website content, tool descriptions and automated diagnostic results are informational and preliminary. They do not replace a full audit performed by a specialist and are not a legal, tax or financial opinion, compliance certification or guarantee of a specific result. Important decisions should follow appropriate verification. Public content is not an offer within Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code unless expressly stated otherwise.

A result depends on the state of the website and test conditions. It may be incomplete or unavailable due to bot protection, robots rules, a firewall, authentication, dynamic rendering, cookie settings, temporary performance variation, external-provider limits or an outage. An automated diagnostic may miss an issue or identify an item that requires manual verification.

We work to keep the website current and accurate, but interruptions may result from maintenance, network failures, suppliers or force majeure. We limit their duration and impact where reasonably possible.

External links lead to websites controlled by others. Rebrandy is not responsible for their current content, availability or privacy rules.

08

Website complaints

Send a complaint about an electronic service to biuro@rebrandy.pl or by post to the operator’s address. Include the issue, date, page address, browser and contact details needed for a response.

We will consider a complaint without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt. The response will be sent to the email provided unless another method is agreed.

09

Privacy and final provisions

Data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and device storage in the Cookie policy.

Voluntary email-marketing consent is separate from the diagnostic service. Refusing or withdrawing it does not affect performance of the diagnostic or access to the result. Confirming that the privacy information has been read is not agreement to the Privacy policy or consent to marketing.

Polish law applies to these terms. An amendment does not affect rights acquired before it takes effect. The current version and effective date are always available on this page.
