The client knows the problem. They do not always know the service name.
Website design and development for Hydroprzerwa: organizing a broad installation offer, presenting completed work and creating clear paths to contact.
A website for an installation contractor that organizes plumbing, heating, air-conditioning and ventilation services, shows completed work and working methods, and guides users from their own need to the right service and contact path.
A broad offer can easily become just a list
We designed and launched Hydroprzerwa’s website, combining the presentation of installation services with a distinctive company image and a clear path to enquiry. The site shows both individual services and the contractor’s broader capabilities — from plumbing to interconnected heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
Trust comes before the call
Entrusting home installations to a contractor means more than choosing technology and price. It is also a decision about whom to trust with deadlines, costs, quality of work and possible corrections. A list of services alone does not answer those concerns.
The challenge was to combine Hydroprzerwa’s technical character with the image of an organized, responsible company. The website had to show a broad range of capabilities while remaining understandable to someone who knows their need but not necessarily the technical solution. The professional presentation also had to retain the personal character of a brand linked to the owner’s surname.
Technical does not have to mean impersonal
We based the visual layer on consistent use of navy blue, turquoise and a wrench motif. Strong headings, light backgrounds and orderly layouts give the technical offer a clear form. We broke up the regular service presentation with asymmetrical galleries and photo compositions. Images of work on installations show the craft, while finished interiors show its value from the future user’s perspective.
The surname got a second job
The brand character is also developed through language. We used the surname Przerwa in messages that combine recognition with a benefit: a break from problems, corrections and delays. Typographic emphasis directs attention to these issues, while presenting the owner gives the company a specific face.
Not everyone is ready to call straight away
The contact paths account for different levels of readiness to talk. Someone who has already decided can immediately indicate the service and preferred date. Others can learn about the scope of work, view completed projects and check the cooperation rules. Service pages combine descriptions with reviews, phone contact and a form, so even a direct visit to a specific offer provides the context needed to make an enquiry. Four cooperation stages explain what happens after the first contact.
Expertise now comes with evidence
Hydroprzerwa received a website that presents the company through its capabilities, people, completed work and working methods. A coherent visual system gives the offer a recognizable character, while the structure lets users move from their own need to the right service and a conversation with the contractor. Expertise is no longer only a declaration — it is supported by examples of work and clear cooperation rules.
