Performance and visibility

00 / Starting situation

ProGarage Car Spa is a car detailing studio serving Wrocław and the surrounding area. It offers PPF protection, ceramic coatings and window tinting. The owner wanted to promote selected services and understand which enquiries the advertising was generating.

01 / 24 AUGUST–8 SEPTEMBER 2026

An estimated 23 enquiries

In their first 16 days of operation, the new Google Ads campaigns generated an estimated 23 enquiries for ProGarage — about services including PPF protection, ceramic coatings and window tinting.

02 / SCOPE

Where we started

We began taking over Google Ads for ProGarage Car Spa with an audit of the campaigns and analytics. We reviewed the goals passed to the advertising system, budget allocation, search intent and the journey from an ad to learning about the studio and making contact.

The audit set the direction for the Search campaigns, which we launched on 24 August. We combined advertising work with expanded website measurement and regular feedback from the owner about incoming enquiries.

03 / MAIN CHALLENGE

Main mistake of the previous contractor

Cost per click and ad click-through rates looked reasonable. A closer analysis, however, showed that in the 30-day period reviewed before the takeover, 211 of 260 conversions — over 81% — were requests for directions. The owner was not seeing a corresponding influx of visits.

The configuration included many different actions without clearly distinguishing their business importance. At the same time, the campaigns used maximize conversions bidding. The system was tasked with generating as many of the specified events as possible, with requests for directions accounting for most of them. Assigning values to individual actions did not change the objective of that strategy.

04 / CHOOSING A STUDIO

Other mistakes made by previous contractor

Most reported actions took place within the Google ecosystem, outside the website. On the website itself, the audit identified 1 email click, 2 phone clicks and 7 visits to the contact page over a month. The campaigns were therefore making limited use of the website to introduce the brand and prepare visitors for a conversation about a service.

With full-body PPF protection priced by the owner at PLN 15–20 thousand, actual completed projects were an important selling point. Yet the Performance Max assets did little to showcase the studio’s own work, while the Search ad led to the homepage, where the portfolio appeared low on the page. A photograph of an attractive car did not yet explain why someone should entrust this particular business with protecting their vehicle.

05 / SERVICE PROMOTION

Correct campaign architecture

The audit identified a need to focus the budget on selected services. Previously, Search received PLN 15 per day and Performance Max PLN 65, while window tinting, wrapping and detailing were combined. The owner estimated that around 90% of phone calls concerned window tinting.

We started the new management of the account with Search advertising for paint protection at PLN 80 per day. Only after discussing the profitability of window tinting did we add a separate campaign for it, with a budget of PLN 40 per day. The promotional split reflected the economics of the services and the owner’s needs.

06 / ANALYTICS

Implementing full analitics

The Search campaigns directed people to the website with service descriptions and completed projects. We expanded analytics to cover the journey towards making contact: viewing services and the portfolio, visibility of contact buttons, and form starts, errors and successful submissions. We added Clarity. This established a basis for checking whether visitors reached the reasons to choose the studio and where difficulties arose before sending an enquiry.

07 / FEEDBACK FROM THE OWNER

Feedback

The owner supplemented these data with descriptions of calls and messages. We used that feedback to identify needs outside the offer, adjust matching and add exclusions. When he noticed that people confused the name PPF with “PPV”, we added that keyword variant. Information from conversations fed directly into campaign development.
