More than 100 products in one standard
A new Drewnotex product-card standard: individual copy, structured UX, a path to sales contact and more than 100 products implemented.
A new way to present a broad product range: individual copy within a clear structure, UX improvements aligned with sales handled by a representative, and implementation of more than one hundred products.
Product card standard and catalogue implementation
We developed and implemented a new product presentation standard for the Drewnotex website. We combined a copy structure with UX improvements that highlight the most important information, make buttons easier to find and show the route to an enquiry or order.
The scope also included adding more than one hundred products to the website using a system for entering them.
An online-store look without a traditional checkout
The website resembled an online store, while orders required contact with a sales representative. A product card therefore had to clearly explain how to move from browsing the offer to a conversation about availability, quotation or delivery.
At the same time, products required a large amount of information: parameters, applications and an explanation of benefits. The challenge was to combine this level of detail with ease of use so visitors could quickly find what they needed and understand what to do next.
Copy developed from scratch
We developed the descriptions from scratch rather than paraphrasing existing copy. For each product, we selected the most important information and the features that distinguish it within its category. We explained who it is intended for, what it is used for and in which situations it is worth choosing.
A repeatable layout with individual content
We built the content of each card individually while keeping a clear, repeatable structure. The summary, key parameters, applications and benefits each had a defined place so visitors could easily find specific information when browsing subsequent products as well. The detailed part of the description can be expanded or collapsed depending on the visitor’s needs.
Contact instead of checkout
We aligned buttons and messages with the actual ordering process. Contact options, phone details and guidance on availability and delivery appeared next to product data and later in the card. Visitors receive a clear indication of what to do when they are ready to enquire or order. A separate route back to the category supports further search for the right material.

An implemented standard for more than one hundred products
Drewnotex received an implemented product card standard and more than one hundred products added to the website. New UX elements were introduced to organise the journey from learning about a product to contacting a sales representative.
Detailed descriptions, basic parameters and calls to action were combined into a layout aligned with the company’s sales model. The cards guide visitors through evaluating the offer and explain how to move towards placing an order.
