Website Car Design

A website for an auto centre

We designed and built the Car Design website so one brand could clearly serve very different needs: from a vehicle fault to detailing, wrapping and tuning.

Web and commerce

00 / Starting situation

Car Design combines mechanics, tuning, detailing and wrapping. The website had to show the breadth of the centre without reducing it either to an ordinary repair shop or to a place only for enthusiasts and expensive modifications.

01 / OPENING SCREEN

Tuning had to attract attention without making mechanics look secondary

Car Design has work that naturally performs well on an opening screen: tuning, wrapping and striking cars give the brand its character. But if the entire website were built around them, a customer looking for a repair could assume they had landed at a place mainly for expensive modifications.

We therefore used the automotive character of the company in the opening section, but immediately below it presented four main areas: wrapping, detailing, tuning and mechanics. Striking projects create the first impression, while the structure quickly explains that Car Design offers much more.

02 / ARCHITECTURE

The same brand could not take every customer through the same path

A driver with a fault usually starts with a specific problem. Someone interested in detailing often knows the effect they want, but not necessarily the name of the right service. With tuning, the starting point may be the car, the expected performance or an idea for a modification.

So we did not build one universal funnel for the entire offer. We kept a shared site structure, but organised how services are presented around what the customer actually arrives with.

03 / SERVICE PAGES

Mechanics starts with a problem. Tuning starts with possibilities

That distinction shaped the service-page copy. In mechanics, the priority is to confirm quickly that Car Design handles the relevant type of problem and make contact easy. In tuning and detailing, the page first needs to show the range of possibilities, explain differences between solutions and show the result that can be achieved.

A shared template therefore did not mean copying the same argumentation. The pages remain visually and structurally consistent, but emphasise different things depending on the service.

04 / OFFER COPY

Customers doesn't need to know particular names to find the right service

The earlier strategy identified a common category problem: an offer can easily turn into a list of technologies, product names and packages that are clear mainly to people already familiar with detailing or tuning.

On the website we first explain what a service changes and who it is for, and only then move into technical detail. Icons, smaller service groups and dedicated pages let users find the right direction without first learning the category vocabulary.

05 / CONTACT

Not everyone needs to browse half the website before making a call

Different needs also meant different readiness to contact the company. Someone with a specific fault may not need a project gallery or a long explanation of technology — they want to know quickly whether they can call. The phone number is therefore easy to reach without completing the entire path.

For customers still comparing solutions, we left a longer route: service scope, projects, reviews, answers to questions and then the form or direct contact. The website does not force both users to behave the same way.

A website for a company with more than one simple service

We design websites whose structure and copy follow how customers actually choose an offer.

07 / OFFER COHERENCE

Four parts of the offer had to strengthen one centre, not compete with each other

Separate service pages were necessary, but we did not want to create four small brands under one logo. A tuning customer should still see that Car Design has mechanical capabilities. A mechanics customer can also discover detailing or wrapping.

The offer was therefore split into clear entry points while the entire website keeps a shared language, visual system and navigation logic. The site sells Car Design as one place with broad capabilities, not a collection of unrelated services.

08 / RESULT

A broad offer gained structure without flattening different reasons to buy

The result is a website that retains Car Design’s sporty character without locking the brand into tuning. Mechanics, detailing, wrapping and tuning have clear entry points, while the service pages reflect different decision-making patterns.

After the earlier documentation was approved, we also took responsibility for the copy and delivery. The client did not have to translate the strategy into page structures, headings and individual service descriptions themselves.

Car Design

Video production and social media Car Design

We prepare topics, scripts and social media videos for Car Design. The difficult part was not filming cars itself, but planning the content so that eye-catching projects attract attention while the profile still shows mechanics, diagnostics, detailing and the centre's other services.

Analytics Car Design

We built analytics from scratch for a website combining mechanical services, tuning, detailing, wrapping and vehicle rental. The key was not merely counting contacts, but preserving their context: which part of the offer a user came from, which form they used and at which stage the interaction ended.

Car Design

Business strategy Car Design

We prepared a competitor analysis and business strategy for Car Design — an automotive centre combining detailing and tuning with repairs and business services. The goal was to organise a broad offer so the company would not be perceived as just another workshop with a long list of services.
